Operation Christmas Child

Some of us took a trip to the Operation Christmas Child headquarters, to package gifts to be sent overseas.  Here are some pics.

Hunters' Breakfast

Today, our youth sponsored the second annual hunter's breakfast.  Proceeds went to our youth activities.

Youth Group Rakes Leaves for Shut-In Member

Special thanks to our youth group and chaperones, who raked leaves at the home of one of our shut-in members.  What a blessing to have such dedicated youth and leaders!

Bethel Honors Georgia Ann High

On Sunday, October 11, Bethel honored Mrs. Georgia Ann High, who recently retired from her position as church clerk.  Georgia Ann served in this position for sixty years.  As church clerk, she kept minutes of business meetings, maintained membership records, conducted correspondence, and served on the church council.

Thank you, Georgia Ann, for your many years of service.  You continue to be a blessing to all of us at Bethel!

Hailey's Hope

We are so proud of you, Hailey!

Please leave your school supplies for "Hailey's Hope" in the box located in the front hallway of the church, between the sanctuary and fellowship hall.  Thanks for sharing Haley's hope, and providing for our local school children.

Our youth group had a great time at PASSPORT in Danville, from July 6 to 11.  We worked on missions projects, had a lot of fun, learned and grew in our relationship with God.  Thanks, Bethel, for making PASSPORT possible for all of us!

Vacation Bible School - June 22-26

Bethel held Vacation Bible School June 22 - 26. Our project for the week was collecting money for a Claire Care Box.

Baptisms at Bethel

What a wonderful experience it has been for the past two weeks at Bethel, baptizing six new believers into the faith!  We pray God's blessings on them as they grow and become more like Jesus.
